Dalí House-Museum student ticket

The same house, slot and Olive Grove as the general fare, for students aged 18 or over with a valid student card.

The student fare is for students aged 18 or over who hold a valid student card. It gives exactly the same visit as the general ticket: the accompanied route through Dalí's rooms and studio in a group of up to eight, then the Olive Grove at your own pace. The museum checks the card when you collect the ticket at the beach ticket office, 30 minutes before your slot.

Who qualifies

Students aged 18 or over with a valid student card. The museum asks for proof for every reduced fare, and the same discounts apply to visitors from outside the EU. Bring the card itself to the ticket office; without it, the museum does not honour the student fare.

Students under 18 should book the ages 9 to 17 fare instead.

What the student ticket covers

The private rooms and studio with a member of museum staff, about thirty minutes, then the Olive Grove, courtyards and pool terraces at your own pace. About an hour in all, on one date and one 10-minute entry slot.

On the day

Collect your ticket at the ticket office on Platja de Portlligat 30 minutes before your slot, showing your student card. Backpacks worn on the back, luggage and pushchairs stay at the left-luggage office. Non-flash photography is allowed for your own use.

Frequently asked

Is an international student card accepted?
The museum asks for proof that you are a student aged 18 or over and applies the same discounts to non-EU visitors. A current card with your name, photo and institution is the safest thing to bring.
What if I forget my card?
The museum checks proof for reduced fares, and without it the student fare may not be honoured. Keep the card with your passport on the day.
